MASS MAP INVOICES

The Mass Map button on an electronic invoice allows you to select multiple lines on the invoice using the checkboxes at the left, click the Mass Map button at the top right, and then you will be able to map all selected lines to the same Charge.

This function is specifically meant for invoices that are processed on the system that need to get GL Coded, but the lines themselves are not for inventory items or anything that you track. For instance, an invoice for Uniforms, Cleaning Supplies, etc..
