There have been instances of people's emails from Craftable being blocked by them. In this case, we need to reach out to Craftable Support and ask them to unblock the email. The emails get blocked if Craftable receives a bounce back from the customer email.
That would be great! I would love to know the reasoning so I can make sure on our end users are doing the right thing

Thanks for your patience on this, from what I can gather regarding the unblocking process, our system attempted to try to send the email but got bounced. So we can have a tool to have that email unblocked for it to try again.
