Go to Logbook -> Store Logs
Select the date of the discussion or incident.
Click Create Entry, then Staff Journal Entry
From there, a screen will pop up asking you to fill out the form.
Here is one way to set up a common entry, a call out.
You can view all of your entries by day from within the Log Book.
If you needed to understand the history of entries for an employee,
You can go to Reporting -> Staff & Store -> Logbook Report
Make sure you search by staff journals, then at the bottom you can search by name "james" or keyword "call"
