How to increase a wage (Toast / HotSchedules)

To increase a wage for your employees (raise or min wage increase), please do the following:


  • Log into Toast website
  • Access the employees tab on the right menu


  • Click Employees


  • Click on the link in the employee name, or click the pencil icon in the far right side


  • Click on either area to access the employees jobs & wages


  • Find the jobs that need to be updated, then enter the new values.


  • Then click save at the top right corner.  Your changes will be published automatically.
  • Proceed through each of the employees, and those wages will also be updated in HotSchedules automatically when it syncs with Toast.
