If an employee can't activate their account in TipHaus, please review the following steps.
Employees can utilize the chat bubble to initiate a support ticket too! TipHaus support is there for assisting us and the employee.
Step 1 - Confirm which email address they are using. You can go into Settings -> Employees and search for the employee to find their email.
If any changes are needed, you can edit the record to update the email address.
Step 2 - Does the employee work at another restaurant that also uses TipHaus?
If an employee is getting an error when registering, it could be that they already have an active account under that email address.
Whether or not they still work at the other restaurant, you (or the employee) can reach out to TipHaus support for next steps.
