Issue: An employee was rehired and got unarchived in Toast. This is the normal way of doing things, but now their information in HotSchedules doesn't exist or isn't correct.
Reason: HotSchedules doesn't pick up on employees that are unarchived in Toast. They will either not be recognized or show outdated information from their previous hire.
Steps to fix:
- HotSchedules will be able to "clean" the employee and sync with Toast again to add them and/or correct any outdated information.
- JAG Support cannot fix this directly, however if you prefer you can create a ticket with us and we can work with HotSchedules on your behalf.
