In order to find the check with the excessive guest count, you'll have to log in to Toastweb.
1. Navigate to the Reports on the left hand side
2. Open the Sales tab
3. Select Orders
4. There is a Show/Hide Column box to the right of the page, click this and make sure "# of Guests" is checked
5. Also be sure that the date at the top is filtered to what you would like to see.
6. Click on the "# of Guests" header in the report to sort the guest number from highest to lowest.
If you need to edit the check to correct a guest count:
1. Click on the offending check in Toastweb -> Reports that you previously found
2. Under the Guests section, click the pencil to edit the guest count
3. Set to the new value, then press OK.
