Reports - How to view RVC Sales breakdown of an employee

For our locations that have several outlets combined into 1 Toast, there will be challenges around To Go / QR Code sales since they can only be attributed to 1 employee.

However, in this case we can still obtain the breakdown of sales per RVC/restaurant by using Toast reports.

Sign into the Toast backend.

Click Reports > Sales > Sales Summary

As you can see above, there are filters under the Date that include Employee and Revenue Centers.

If you don't see these options, you can always click on More Filters and pin those to your report.

First select your date range.

Then, select your Employee that you need the breakdown from.  Typically for QR code or To Go ordering, there will be "To Go" or "IRD" in the employee name.  It is easiest to search versus scrolling down the entire roster of employees.

Then click the revenue center of your choosing to see the sales from that menu.  You will be looking for the IRD Revenue Centers (Zaytinya IRD or Butterfly IRD).

In this example, I want to see all the sales for the virtual employee that were done in Zaytinya.  The Cash Summary Totals can be ignored.
